The MLX81334 LLW-AMT-001-RE from Melexis is an Automotive Qualified Smart LIN Motor Driver IC that has been designed for various types of motors, including DC, BLDC, and stepper motors.  It requires an input voltage of up to 28 V. This motor driver features a low on-resistance for 1 half-bridge + shunt configuration, ensuring efficient motor control operation. It is equipped with dual N-channel field effect transistors (FETs) for each half-bridge and an on-chip charge pump for top-FETs, thereby resulting in a reliable performance. This motor driver is powered by the MLX16-FX application CPU and the MLX4 communication CPU for efficient processing capabilities. It integrates 2 watch-dog timers, a +50 input interrupt controller, a common-purpose timer, and split memories for each CPU.
