The TB67S559FTG from Toshiba is a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) Chopper-Type Motor Driver IC that is designed for 2-phase bipolar stepping motors.  It requires an input voltage of -0.5 to 5.5 V. This motor driver uses the BiCD process to achieve an output withstand voltage of 50 V and a maximum current of 3.0 A. It can be powered by a single voltage source, known as the VM (motor supply voltage) thereby simplifying the design and reducing the number of components needed. This motor driver supports Advanced Current Detect System (ACDS) functionality enabling PWM constant current drive without external current detection resistors. It also includes an Advanced Dynamic Mixed Decay (ADMD) function for high-efficiency PWM constant-current drive. 

This motor driver operates in full, half, quarter, 1/8, 1/16, and 1/32 step resolutions. It benefits from built-in over-temperature detection (TSD), over-current detection (ISD), and low supply voltage detection (UVLO). This motor driver IC is available in a surface-mount package that measures 5 x 5 x 1 mm.
