The HPC22KL from MTA Advanced Automotive Solutions is an On-Board Battery Charger that is ideal for plug-in hybrid electric vehicles or pure electric vehicle (buses, trucks, vans, boats, underground vehicles) applications. It requires an AC input voltage of 400/480 V (three-phase) and 230/240 V (single-phase). This charger provides a DC output voltage of up to 840 V. This charger can be connected to four similar charger units for parallel charging operations and supports DC fast charging communication (optional) to speed up the charging process, especially for large EV battery packs. It is equipped with output short-circuit protection and reverse polarity protection circuitries to prevent over-voltage-related damages. This charger is available in an IP67/IP6K9K-rated module.
