The PMEG030V030EPE from Nexperia is a Schottky Barrier Rectifier Diode that is ideal for high-efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, low voltage rectification, switch mode power supply, freewheeling application, reverse polarity protection, OR-ing applications. This rectifier has a forward voltage of 400 mV and a forward current of up to 3 A. It has a reverse voltage of up to 30 V and a reverse current of less than 150 µA. This diode has a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 30 V and a non-repetitive peak forward current of up to 120 A.  This Schottky barrier rectifier diode offers very low forward voltage and uses clip-bond technology to provide a high power handling capability.
