The MAX25221BATJ/ V+ from Analog Devices is an Automotive-Qualified 4-channel TFT-LCD Power IC designed to provide positive/negative power and ON/OFF gate supplies. It requires an input voltage of 2.65 - 5.5 V. This power IC consists of a fault/control logic, memories, charge pump circuits, protection circuitries, voltage regulators, MOSFETs, and interfaces. It calibrates all the output values and stores them in the non-volatile memory.
This AEC-Q100 Grade 1-qualified power IC offers controlled sequencing during power-ON and power-OFF of all rails.
