The MP27631GY-P from Monolithic Power Systems is a Quad-Channel Digital Isolator IC that is ideal for isolated ADC/DAC, motor controllers, isolated switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), industrial automation systems, and serial peripheral interface (SPI) isolation applications. It requires an input voltage of 2.5 - 5.5 V. This PMIC delivers a data rate of up to 150 Mbps, ensuring swift and efficient data transmission in various applications. It achieves an impressive insulation voltage of up to 5 kV (RMS), ensuring heightened safety measures through the use of capacitive isolation technology.  This digital isolator offers a compact solution with low power consumption, making it an energy-efficient choice for applications where power conservation is crucial. It showcases improved reliability that ensures consistent performance in demanding environments when compared to traditional optocoupler isolators.

This RoHS-compliant isolator features a Schmitt trigger input and isolated encoding/decoding functions to effectively minimize the impact of noise interference. This IC has undergone high system-level electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transience (EFT), and surge immunity test procedures for better safety and reliability during operation.
