The TPD4163K,F from Toshiba is a Power Management IC that is ideal for DC Brushless Motor Driver IC applications. It requires an input voltage of 50 - 450 V. This PMIC also incorporates a thermal shutdown circuit to prevent the overheating of components. It simplifies DC brushless motor control by accepting logic inputs from a microcontroller (MCU) or motor controller. This RoHS-compliant PMIC is available in a surface-mount package that measures 32.8 x 11.4 mm.
