The TSZ151ICT from STMicroelectronics is a Zero Drift, Single Channel Operational Amplifier that has been designed to provide very high accuracy and stability with a rail-to-rail I/O configuration. It requires a supply voltage of 1.8 - 5.5 V, an input offset current of 100 pA, and an input bias current of 50 nA. This op-amp provides an output current of 30 mA, a large signal voltage gain of 135 dB, and a common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 132 dB. It features a very low offset voltage over an operating temperature range from -40 °C to +125 °C and exhibits virtually zero drift in the output against temperature variations to offer greater precision. This AEC-Q100-qualified amplifier consumes less power and provides an excellent speed/power consumption ratio, making it suitable for high-accuracy sensor interfaces. This op-amp is available in a surface-mount package that measures 1.80 x 1.15 mm and is ideal for high-accuracy signal conditioning and automotive current measurement/sensor signal conditioning applications.
