The A4775E5R from AiT Semiconductor is a Single N-channel MOSFET Power Switch that has been designed for power rail on/off control and full protection functions applications. It requires an input voltage of 2 – 5.5 V and provides an output current of less than 3.6 A. This MOSFET power switch features a built-in charge pump that drives the internal MOSFET switch and includes a fault flag to signal any issues caused by large current changes that may affect power regulation. It incorporates soft-start to limit inrush current, thermal shutdown for high-current protection, and backflow protection, regardless of CE pin connection.

This power switch includes an under-voltage lockout (UVLO) to keep the device off unless a valid input voltage is present and provides a programmable output current limit. It consumes a low quiescent current under ON and OFF conditions, making it ideal for portable, low-power, battery-operated devices.
