The GLF1111Q from GLF Integrated Power is a Load Power Switch IC that is designed for electronics requiring operation under high temperatures of up to 125°C. It requires an input voltage of 1.5 - 5.5 V. This load switch uses ultra-efficient IQSmart technology that ensures low quiescent current and shutdown current, thereby helping the designers to reduce parasitic leakage current, improve system efficiency, and increase the lifetime of the battery. It integrates slew rate control that enhances system reliability by mitigating bus voltage swings during switching events and minimizes voltage droop during turn-on by limiting the in-rush current.
