The GLF1200Q-T1G7 from GLF Integrated Power is an Automotive-Qualified Load Power Switch IC that is designed to enable electronics that require operation under high temperatures of up to 125°C. This AEC-Q100 qualified switch is based on an advanced IQSmart technology with True Reverse Current Blocking (TRCB) capability and provides slew rate control of the output voltage.
