The SP2526A-1EN-L/TR from MaxLinear is a Dual-Channel USB Power Distribution Switch that is designed for self-powered and bus-powered universal serial bus (USB) devices. It requires an input voltage of 3 - 5.5 V. This USB power distribution switch consists of 2 independent power switches, both having a low on-state resistance and capable of providing a supply current of over 500 mA. It can limit fault currents up to 1 A and has two error flag outputs with open-drain configurations to specify fault conditions to the USB controller.
