The BR100-04LLD from Diotec Semiconductor is a Bidirectional Trigger Diode that is ideal for triggering triacs and thyristors, AC switches and controls, and dimmer circuits applications. It has a break-over voltage of up to 45 V and a break-over current of less than 50 µA. This diac has a power dissipation of 150 mW. This RoHS Compliant diac is available in a surface-mount package that measures 3.5 x 1.45 mm.
