The SQ1421EDH from Vishay is an Automotive-Grade P-Channel MOSFET. It has a drain-source breakdown voltage of -60 V, a gate threshold voltage of -2 V, and a drain-source on-resistance of less than 395 milli-ohms. This RoHS-compliant MOSFET is designed using Vishay's TrenchFET technology and can withstand electrostatic discharges of up to 800 V. This AEC-Q101-qualified power MOSFET is available in a surface-mount package that measures 1.8 x 1.8 x 0.9 mm.
