The NV3600 Series from Nisshinbo Micro Devices is a CMOS Based Voltage Detector that is ideal for battery voltage supervisors in automotive ECU systems, battery voltage supervisors in BMS for auxiliary batteries, and battery voltage supervisors in raster system applications.  It requires an input voltage of 2.4 - 6 V. This PMIC utilizes a CMOS-based voltage detector for accurate monitoring of battery voltage. It empowers direct battery voltage monitoring with an impressive 42 V withstand voltage at the SENSE pin. This PMIC simplifies voltage monitoring with a choice between NMOS open drain or CMOS output types. It offers the flexibility to set detection and release voltages independently and select the output logic as "Low" or "High" to precisely tailor its operation to the system's unique needs. This RoHS-compliant PMIC is available in a surface-mount package that measures 2.9 x 2.8 x 1.1 mm.
