The LTC4124EV#TRPBF from Analog Devices is a Wireless Li-Ion Charger Receiver Driver IC with low battery disconnect. It requires an input voltage of 2.7 - 5.5 V. This IC includes an negative temperature coefficient (NTC) input for safe temperature-qualified charging and a battery disconnect feature that prevents damage to a battery due to over-discharging. It features pin-selectable charge current (up to 100 mA) and charge voltage to ensure versatility while minimizing the number of required external components. This RoHS-compliant charging IC benefits from zero battery drain current in disconnect/ship mode. It is available in a thermally-enhanced surface-mount package that measures 2 x 2 mm and is ideal for low-power portable applications such as medical wireless sensors, military wearables, high-end wireless headsets, streaming headsets with Bluetooth connectivity, virtual reality headsets, high-end remote control and IoT applications.
