The MIF400R065C2TL-BP from Micro Commercial Components is a Trench IGBT that is ideal for motion and servo control, high-frequency switching, UPS and welding machine applications. It has a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of up to 650 V, a saturated collector-emitter voltage of 1.7 V, and a gate-emitter voltage of 5.7 V. This UL-rated IGBT module has a continuous collector current of less than 400 A and a peak collector current of up to 800 A. It has a power dissipation of less than 1250 W. This IGBT incorporates trench technology with features such as low collector-emitter saturation voltage, low switching losses, low inductance, and saturated collector-emitter voltage with a positive temperature coefficient.
